Under Construction at the Bonifacio Global City [UPDATED]

Back in January, I biked around the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, and listed down the buildings and areas under construction there.

Before the year 2012 ends, here is an updated (and may I add, unofficial) “Under Construction at the Bonifacio Global City” map created by yours truly.

  2. Hi,

    Good afternoon!

Me & my husband have one unit at TRION Tower-1. And usually we are accepting short-term lease, as we would like to maintain the orderliness of the unit. If we do short-term, monthly we can have general cleaning & fixing of the unit. But today, I accepted short-term lease, and the receptionist girl (looks like indian) told me that the minimum lease is six months.. So I asked the reason, she said because admin of Trion are avoiding same thing which are happened to Serendra. As far as my opinion are concerns, even long or short-term lease if the tenant have ”BAD INTENTIONS” they will always find ways to do wrong doings.. its not depend on short or long term lease! Perhaps, if you do so this, you are preventing us (unit owners) from earnings. If we cannot earn, will your company will returns those money which we paid already for the unit??????
After so much talking with receptionist she asked me to make authorization so they will accepts. This is really my first time to experienced this policy. We do have 8 condos, and we didnt experienced this kind of policy.

    Thanks.
