Here is the preliminary result of the party list raffle conducted by COMELEC on January 4, 2013. This is part of the election body’s preparation for the 2013 midterm elections. The party-list raffle is a deviation from recent Philippine elections, wherein party-list names were alphabetically arranged on the ballot.

The raffle included 84 accredited party lists as of December 26, 2012, and 52 disqualified party lists that have obtained status quo ante orders (SQAO) from the Supreme Court as of December 15, 2012. Ang Minero, whose application was approved by COMELEC on December 28, 2012, was not part of the raffle.

Names with preceding # signs and set in italics are among the 52 SQAO recipients.

Names set with strikethroughs marks are among the 13 removed from the list, after being inadvertently included in the raffle despite a ban imposed on them by a recent COMELEC resolution. The numbering will not be adjusted, however; therefore, it will remain as is.
